For our logistic services, GreenTouch Ayurveda World has partnered with trusted logistic partners to make sure that all of our products arrive to you undamaged and in optimal shape. We ensure that we use the highest-quality packaging materials, procured from reputable suppliers, and that all packages are thoroughly inspected to determine their suitability for shipment and delivery of our products.

What is our delivery process?

Your products undergo thorough inspection to make sure they are in perfect condition after our system has processed the order you placed with us. We pack your products and give them to our reliable logistics partner once they have undergone a comprehensive examination and passed the last round of quality control.

The products are going to be delivered to you as soon as possible by our logistic partner. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you to handle any issues if they are unable to deliver the goods to the delivery address or at the time that you have provided.

Please be reminded that all of the items you order, including any free gifts that may be included with the item you have ordered, will be delivered to the shipping address you gave when you submitted your order together with an invoice. Whereas we aim to ship each product in your order at the same time, this might not always be practicable.

How are the products packaged?

Every product is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, and extra bubble wrap is used to carefully secure fragile items like glass bottles. We then use cardboard boxes to package our goods. Following packaging, our logistic partners receive the products and work to ensure that they are delivered to the shipping address you have supplied. Any harm the merchandise may sustain in transit to you is our responsibility.

What is the range of locations to which we ship their products?

GreenTouch Ayurveda World delivers almost every pin code in India. Our logistics partners can sometimes lead to changes to the list of pin-code serviceability. By entering your shipping information on the checkout page or by typing in your pin code on any of the product pages provided on our website, you may find out if we deliver to your delivery address.

Our customers Orders tracking process-

Your order is processed from our responsible warehouse as soon as you place it with us. You will receive a confirmation email on the email address you provided when placing your order with us, along with information about the tracking number and the courier company handling your order, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. As an alternative, if you are a registered user, you can track your order by using the username and password you created when you registered to log into the “My Account” part of our website. From there, select the “Your Orders” link to view the specifics of your order.

You can track the status of your order- after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We ensure that all things sold on our website will be shipped out within 24 hours of your order, as we keep inventory of everything we sell. Our goal is to deliver your product in 5–7 days, but deliveries may take a little longer due to unforeseen events and delays. Delivery times may vary based on the region from which you are ordering and the mailing address you provided at the time of placing your order. We will do everything in our power to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our logistics partner.

NOTE: Due to this, we are currently unable to guarantee a delivery date. If there are any little delays, we kindly ask for your patience. While we are currently taking online orders for shipping within India in accordance with safety guidelines, we retain the right to halt delivery at any time if circumstances explain it. This is because the situation is always changing.

What time of the day will my order be delivered?

Our logistic partner will make sure to give you a call before delivering the product at the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing your order with us. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after 3 (three) failed attempts of trying to deliver the products at the shipping address mentioned, the product shall be returned to our warehouse. 

What are the shipping charges applicable on my order?

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on the product ordered, packaging size and other considerations. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing your order with us on the Website. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and you will be informed of the same before making payment of the order placed.

Delivery Information

If no one is available at the address when the delivery of your products is attempted, our logistic partner will make 2 (two) more delivery attempts subsequently. Please note that you can contact our Customer Services hotline for rescheduling the delivery date and we shall try to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities. If the aforementioned 3 delivery attempts are unsuccessful, our logistic partner will return your package to us

We keep our Shipping and Delivery Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. Any changes we make to this Policy in the future will be posted on this page. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
